Terrell Bradley can’t remember a time when he wasn’t fast on skates. Drawing from a background in gymnastics, he started speed-skating in grade school and quickly racked up medals.
“Growing up in Danville, [Virginia], you know, there really wasn’t all that much else to do,” said the erstwhile champion.
Now in his early twenties, Terrell still competes, but must balance disciplined training with a hectic work schedule and also make plenty of time for family and friends. On top of that, he recently became an Assistant Coach for Defiance Inline Speedskating.
Chris Springer, Defiance’s Head Coach said, “[Terrell] is one of the best, most natural skaters I’ve ever known. We’re lucky to have him!”
